Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

DrVisit.ai is built to collect very little about you. There are no user accounts, no logins, and no advertising trackers.

The conversation with the assistant

Whatever you type into the triage assistant is processed in real time to generate a response. The conversation isn't stored against an account, because there is no account to attach it to. Treat it like a notepad you're using once.

Analytics and server logs

We use privacy-preserving analytics to understand which informational pages and provider categories actually get used. No advertising trackers, no retargeting, no third-party marketing cookies. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs (request timestamp, IP, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes; their privacy policy governs what they retain.

What we don't take

We don't ask for protected health information (PHI) and don't try to collect it. DrVisit.ai is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Don't enter detailed personal medical history into the assistant. We don't sell or rent personal information. We don't operate user accounts.

When you leave us for a provider

Once you click through to a partner platform, you are in their environment, not ours. Their privacy policy applies, and any clinical information you share with them is governed by their terms and applicable healthcare privacy law.

Children

DrVisit.ai isn't intended for use by children under 13. If you're a parent or guardian using the assistant on a minor's behalf, you're responsible for reading and accepting the partner provider's policies before booking on the minor's behalf.

Privacy questions

If you have a privacy concern, or you think we're holding information about you that we shouldn't be, reach out. Because there are no user accounts here, there's usually very little to delete.
